Phil has wide-ranging expertise in corporate finance, economics and public policy analysis. He has had over 30 years' experience providing economic and financial advice and has led TDB mandates advising many of New Zealand’s leading corporates including ACC, Meridian Energy, Ngai Tahu, Todd Corp, the Treasury, nib Health, Tainui Group Holdings and Z Energy. Phil is a recognised international expert on corporate governance and financial strategy and risk management, being a member of the International Monetary Fund’s Panel of Fiscal Experts and a keynote speaker at international conferences.
